I've been putting off writing an intro/first deal post.

Perhaps someone with experience could give some guidance.Deal facts:I own 2BR/2BA condo in San Diego, CA 92130Bought it in 2003 for $346k at the peak of the marketCurrent estimated value $400k - $420k Current loan balance $300kCurrent P&I payment $1745.53 at APR 5.25% - 30yr fixed (I know that 5.25% is way too high today)Annual tax - 4,450 ($370 mo) HOA - 285 (mo)Current rent - $1900I am about $600+ in the hole per month on this property and the only benefits i realize now are the potential long-term appreciation in value and tax write off in the form of annual depreciation and losses.Looking at several options now:1. 

I estimate that I can get the real estate agent to write up the final contract to a 407,000 for the building and 48,000 for the personal property included with the purchase.  

I had to go to a state FAIR plan for one house, it is more expensive but they did write it.

Great Goal @Spencer Hayek Write that goal down somewhere you can see it daily or weekly and put together a punchlist of smaller tasks you will need to do to complete that goal.

Create content that is better (better than the content they currently link to)-this is the hardest part, a lot of people think if they write 600 words, add couple images they are doing a good think, they are blogging, they are doing SEO which is false-you need to create a pice of content that is AMAZING4.
