Ok, so so I've started my wholesale business in August and have generated a good amount of leads but have yet to close on a deal.

I don't wholesale real property, but I do not think this is a common practice.

Like others said, attend a TREIA meeting, find the wholesalers.

I believe I'm now ready to start investing in real estate from what I've learned thus far on BiggerPockets and am looking to flip/wholesale/rent.
