Using Realtors

Good Morning and Happy New Year to you all!

My question this morning is do you all use Realtors to find cash buyers or motivated sellers? Why or why not? Are you concerned with paying your Realtor when doing a deal with a private seller? Do you give them a commission for helping?

@Simon Campbell I would add a realtors job is to get the most money for their clients. If they get an offer that would allow the buyer to Immediately sell the home to someone else for a profit they aren't doing their job.
