Hello BPers!

Just throwing this post out there to tell you all a little bit about myself. I'm twenty years old and I'm a dual resident of Indiana and New York City. I started investing (trading) stocks just before I graduated high school in 2011, and have had an interest in real estate since. My business partner is a long time family friend and a traveling contractor (and very good at what he does) so we have a leg up already that we need to start utilizing. I believe I'm now ready to start investing in real estate from what I've learned thus far on BiggerPockets and am looking to flip/wholesale/rent. Unfortunately my b.p. has a nice income but terrible credit, and I have no proof of income but a 720 credit score, so we have decided on using HML, and possibly having to pay reno costs out of our own pocket, while we deal with that.

All that being said, I'd appreciate any advice anybody has for me, and if you want to know anything about the stock market, I'd be thrilled to share information and help out any way I can, just be sure to keep it in a PM.

Happy New Years and good investing to you all!

-Jason E.
