You probably need to show business traffic is happening and not just that it looks like a salon.

For those of you who are not familiar with IFTTT, it is a web-based service that allows users to create chains of conditional statements to trigger notifications to you.

Edmond must be a hot market, because the traffic is to overwhelming for 3:30. 

There may be some buyers (photographers or web designers) who might bid up a resale price, but I don't think average buyers will spend an extra 8-10K for that kind of addition.

I'm new and I couldn't find much on the web addressing this specifically. 

Transient traffic is your best bet to maximize returns in RVs, however, it requires something to draw them in.

We're putting our blood, sweat, and oh-so-many tears (at least I am), our livelihoods, all of it, on the line to support better housing and creating a web of mutual support... we could build that.

That said, if we ever have a home that is hard to rent for whatever reason, we will open it up to agents and the extra foot traffic helps.  

The biggest noise is the foot traffic from above which is very hard to deal with after the flooring is in place.
