Do you have a one stop shop place that you would recommend that I go to learn as much as possible?  

There are quite a few Polish owned machinist shops in New Britain CT., some on Myrtle St., a few blocks away.

My loan details say that I can shop around for Title work. 

They shop your policy around and get you a better rate, and you're not paying for the large advertising budget of the big companies.My policies obviously insure the building itself, but also include liability coverage in case someone were to get injured on my property and they also include loss of income coverage.

If the applicant keeps going back and forth instead of making a decision, they may very well be dragging the whole thing out while shopping for other deals.

Perhaps finding treasures at resale shops and refinishing them and then offering to use them to stage properties (for a price).

I work about an hour from home so trying to take on projects or shop markets much outside of my immediate area would be too demanding of my time!

I guess it is also unethical to buy a wedding ring from a pawn shop, because whoever pawned it needed money to buy groceries?
