Hello all. I am a 32 year old construction manager in North East Texas. My wife and I bought our first home 2 years ago and through modest remodel we have added $20k in equity. I have been interested in real estate investing for quite some time. I am finally at a point where I am financially able to start laying the building blocks to begin my investing career. I look forward to learning from the community!
