The Charleston area is an incredibly strong market at the moment.

Rental rates are strong and most areas locally are in a sellers market.  

The lender wants your skin in the game to ensure you have a strong reason to see the project through to a successful completion.

Asking price is $440K you show $380 and an ARV AT $425, do you feel these numbers in your report are strong?  

There are a lot of people wanting to get into investing right now, because our market is so strong.

Many have stopped looking at homes as it cost arm and a leg to own housing.I am not a strong supporter of using median home prices for comparison.

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.
