I'm a mobile power systems technician by trade,which is mostly generators,but also do solar,wind,home,standby and remote.I've bought and sold a few houses since 1980 that were purchased in some creative ways.It's time to sell again and I want to get updated with the industry.In particular whats working in the Seminole heights area of Tampa.I'm here to learn but I can offer general advice to any who are considering using alternate energy sources on rentals.I'm interested in selling using a 203k loan.At the same time I would like to find a home to buy.I'm finding info on the loans and the contractors but not much on agents.

That, and change the locks, would do it.To do it "right" (or at least not be forced into paying the 2fl tenant's utilities), I may need another meter or two, another electrical panel, and possibly a boiler - I don't recall the current utility configuration.
