I use a quarterly planner that always starts with the annual goals, even if we're in the 3rd quarter, setting quarterly goals, reviewing and setting weekly goals and then daily action steps.

What is a good daily routine to follow to ensure  systematic measured growth is made in my business week after week?

If you are new, eve with a RE agent, take a look at the availability, daily, in your market, learn the trends, learn what areas are hot, learn what will rent,sell, for what, size, upcoming areas/appreciation, what have they paid in the past in taxes is a good indication per sqft, condition, etc. 

I have a $1million USAA umbrella policy I bought last year (before I even got into real estate investing) just to protect my net worth in case of any lawsuit from daily life. 

It could be  daily, weekly, every other week.

However, I continue to consider leaving on almost a daily basis as I’m driving into the office, purely from a mathematical take home perspective. 1) I really like the people I work with and have a strong support system at the office.

I am guilty of this myself, and it takes an intentional effort daily to ask myself "Is this something I NEED or is this something I WANT"

There is daily poop that many tenants don't bother to pick up, leading to flies everywhere in the warmer months.

This house would rent monthly for maybe $800-$850 a month so it sounds good, BUT....My insurance company got ahold of that Airbnb and my insurance went from $1600/ye to $2800/year because of daily rentals.
