What team members do I need to begin virtual wholesaling?

I have experience wholesaling in my current market but I live in a town of 20k people and found it hard to find deals that made sense or investors buying in my area.

Im interested in the Memphis TN market, I know some buyers up there that told me they would buy deals from me.

What do I need to succeed as a 1 man show in virtual wholesaling?

What is a good daily routine to follow to ensure  systematic measured growth is made in my business week after week?

How can I go about finding buyers in a market I'm not familiar with?

Any how to guides or tips are very much appreciated. 

also if anyone has a good wholesale contract they could send my way would be great!
