Any one know where to find a good cold calling script for wholesaling?

@Malcolm Shelby I agree with @Brandon Krieg, there is no magic combination of words thats going to make someone decide to sell their house if they werent already thinking about selling.

If you want to get some great practice talking to sellers hop on to Zillow, find some FSBOs and call those people. Get yourself comfortable talking to people who are selling their homes, get comfortable asking questions about a home and building a rapport with a complete stranger. Use this practice to work out your “script” and test different things to see what gives you the most positive responses and write down the things that work the best and use those in the future.
