Condo is in an HOA which manages all external elements so I am responsible for inside of the condo.The rental property is a 2 Bed/1 Bath, that I bought at Market Value: $137k (Cost Basis: $140k) in 2016.

It looks like a "ring base station" is required to make these work, not sure if there is a work around, and also wondering if you'd need your own dedicated wifi in the house to connect all this too Owning a few properties myself and as a property manager for other investors I am imagining now the calls I would be getting when this system isn't working properly, batteries die, motorized lock stops working etc, so living in new england with the elements and temperatures we experience I would not recommend this to the owners of the properties I manage I have an up down style 2 family with a common entry door that sounds very similar to your setup.

It is possible you could work with a single lender and do a package on both.Like @Collin H. said, there are a few moving parts that need to be resolved.Personally I would do what @John Underwood said and just keep the PMI and use profits later to pay down the mortgage.

My question is, in the purchase package from the title/closing company, the search stuff (I think they will do a final rundown 24 hours prior to closing) but it was the bank's name.
