Direct Mail Marketing
I have over 200 multi family property owner names and addresses in the Sacramento, California area I'd like to contact to see if they'd be willing to sell their apartment buildings. I was looking into offers2owners.com or mailchimp but what is the best service I can use to help me with direct mail marketing and reaching property owners in my area?

It’s only 200 owners, I would send a puffy package. Something big with something of size in it, like a stress ball or a payday. It’s a little cheesy but it gets your package opened and it works.
