I'm very interested in Real Estate Investing and have read a couple books on the subject (one of them being 'The Book on Rental Property Investing' from BiggerPockets' Brandon Turner) but I have yet to officially start investing in anything...sort of.I currently own a Townhome that I bought 5 years ago that's worth much more than I paid for it.

I have not given an official notice yet, just expressing the idea that I want to sell the property, and the tenant mentioned that he plan to leave once the property is on the market and that he received the 60-day notice.
