Tenant thinks calcium is a health hazard and I should replace otherwise perfectly working dishwasher for that.

Mentally I'm there I did a great thing for my family in getting us moving toward financial independence.

Every issue except the weather stripping(I've been tagged for weather stripping also) is a health/safety issue.

I'm 58 now and in OK health, so I could do the things that involve being mobile and some energy.
