New to rental business, question about tenant?

Hi I am new to rental business and just rented out my 5 year old SFH via property management. Issue that I am facing is that tenant wants dishwasher to be replaced because it has lot of calcium build up. This is normal for my area as water is hard here. I have got the dishwasher cleaned from a professional cleaner but the calcium keeps coming back. Tenant thinks calcium is a health hazard and I should replace otherwise perfectly working dishwasher for that. I have signed him for a year lease. I am wondering what do you guys suggest I should do?
