Any tips or things I should know before I get started?

I have to experience in real estate investing but am confident I can be successful with the right knowlege, highly motivated and would appreciate some good tips on starting out in this business

This is my first Buy and Hold any tips for first time investor would be appreciated.

I'm currently self-educating and would like some tips on things that have worked or haven't worked for people when they were starting out, preferably advice on how to find partners/investors for funding rehab deals, and where/how to find a good deal.

(If I were to sell it off market I imagine that the agent would want a larger cut) Any tips?

QUICK TIP ( as @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin would say) for you @Lorenzo Jackson, It seems like you are using wide or superview with your gopro. try taking them in medium view as well.
