Hey guys, where do I start? My name is Ewen and im 25

I have been traveling for the past 2 years and now that I'm back in Canada, this year my goal is to purchase my first rental property here in Canada. Only thing is that I know relatively little about income properties. Anybody have any tips on where to start? maybe with a book that helped you guys or just general philosophies would be appreciated!
