Sure, in general lower rates lead to higher prices, but if rates are low due to macro economic uncertainty, then all bets are off.

Some counter kid at the local Dollar store was selling it for $1/roll, I bet he had the rest hidden in the back storage area.

After all expenses: mortgage, cap x, vacancy, management fees, I will cash flow about $200.00.There is a lot of mixed messages floating around the internet so I’m torn between walking away and sitting on my capital, or just moving forward and going with the flow.

I reserve the right to be wrong, but with the entire world working on vaccines and treatments, my bet is that the threat posed by the Corona virus will fade significantly in the next several months.
