The key is being creative, is there a big 1 bedroom that would meet code as a 2 bedroom where a condo association could be finessed.

(definitely learned some good stuff though)Day 2 was 3.5 sessions of self promotion, and about 45 minutes of explaining what seller financing was a some basic, creative financing examples.Didn't return for day 3.While I didn't learn everything I wanted to, I am happy I went.

I do not wholesale, but a lot of people find it a good way to make some cash when they don't have any to invest, and learn the ropes a bit..You can also get creative on your borrowing or lookk at FHA and start a little buy and hold.. good luck!

The plan would be for each of us, maybe 20 members, to contribute a whopping $25/wk for a year or so, and use that money to invest in a MF or possibly self storage.Obviously 25k is not going to buy us much of an apartment complex, but hopefully with some creativity, and the right deal, it could get us started.I'm also thinking that a year from now; I'll have more knowledge, thanks to B.P., more experience, and more deal flow.What do you think?
