Hello,

My name is Andre. I have 10+ years’ experience buying, rehabbing and renting out properties. In the last few years I’ve recently accelerated my investment activity. In 2013, I became licensed Broker in the State of Washington & licensed Agent in the State of Michigan to help me in researching, spotting and structuring my investment deals.

I’m joining Bigger Pockets for Networking & Education opportunities. I’m interested it meeting likeminded investors and just staying in touch with the markets.

My Niche Specialty: Real Estate investing in the City of Detroit (It was my hometown for 25+ years and I know most of the neighborhoods very well. I own property within the city and also the metro area that I have been renting for several years.) To say the least it’s easy to blow/lose your investment in this area if your not very familiar with the city.

Currently, I reside in the Seattle Metro area. It’s largely opposite of the Detroit market. Currently the city of Seattle has very low housing inventory and the single family home buyer market is competitive. Recent information shows the Seattle (King County) area population continues to grow and has an average median sales price for single homes of ? $426,000 as of October 2013. This is down from a $500,000+ average price during 2007/2008 but the median has been steadily climbing back.

Thanks for taking the time to read my intro.

Andre
