As of now I am currently in my last semester at Texas A&M University, obtaining a degree in Finance.

I graduated in May with my marketing Bachelor's Degree from Northwood University and since COVID hit and the job market in Lansing for marketing isn't great I've decided to pursue my real estate license. 

I just graduated from the University of Maryland with a Mechanical Engineering degree and am starting out in Houston at the beginning of October.

The huge government and university job base has limited any drop in its history to 2.9%. 

Local vs National means nothing in the computer age, the smallest brokerage has global marketing reach.

Location (on the rise zip-codes, near a university, next to a massive TESLA plant being built rn etc..)Getting both is the goal, but sometimes you gotta maybe settle for one over the other.

There is nothing wrong with them but the socioeconomic area would not support 2% like an area right beside the D1 university would.

The reason I mentioned the college campus bit is because today while having lunch with her at the university, I asked "if you could go back to school today, what would you major in and what would you do differently?"

The objective was to discuss potential issues that could “derail” the financial markets and the global economy as a whole.
