Austin continues to look stronger and stronger

The time to buy in Austin continues to be sooner than later.  Don't wait for some bubble to burst.  It has not happened in 40 years.  Not through the dot.com bust, oil bust, housing crisis, Austin's economy is setup for continued growth.  The huge government and university job base has limited any drop in its history to 2.9%.  It continues to be one of the best cities to invest in from a return on investment stand point as well as one of the safest investments around.
