I would check into a few things to see what your best approach is.1) Find a great investor-friendly real estate agent (specifically one that knows STRs) to help navigate an area you may be looking in.

He has some great programs and a good group of mostly small investors.I've often posted a pretty big list of many of the groups that meet around town, so you might search on that and see if you can find one of those posts. 

If someone was willing to out them on a website, then they'd be on the MLS.To find them, it's going to cost money one way or the other.

We do this analysis all the time... we find a nice "Estimator" for the costseg, and whack it against your 2024 tax plan to see how it all shakes out.

For a paid mentorship, that value is money, so finding a paid mentorship will be easier.
