Of course, there's no straightforward, great answer as to where they will go - but helping them get there by putting a little cash into their pocket while also cleaning things up is a fantastic approach.Have you talked to the Board of Health or the city about resources for the homeless in the area?

The location is in a fantastic spot downtown in a town a few towns over from me and with ample off street parking, etc...There's a pretty big mortgage payment and there's not much left over month to month...or at least, not enough for me to be happy fielding calls, etc... at all hours and people expecting an immediate response.

I handed the keys to my first property to my tenants this past Thursday, and it is a fantastic situation.The tenant asked about the possibility of installing a "Storm Door" on the property - which I of course do not have any issue with.My question here is in regards to who pays for the door and who installation costs.
