Hi there!

I am looking at home inspectors, contractors, brokers, etc in Lawrence Kansas to help me flip a fixer upper, any recommendations on people to start my team? At the same time, please share your experience and your opinion in the necessity of hiring other professionals to my team, such as a lawyer or a broker per example.
