She could not work in US, to support her due to lack of work permission, and in addition to that she was on the late stage pregnancy with our second child.

A couple of years ago at the Equity Trust conference an exec with them told how they photographed their child on the day of his birth and used the images for marketing.

I guess I am just looking at it as I know one day I can use that as my summer place down the line, and also give it to my child, eventually.

Other tenant has a small child who were all woken to cops searching and 3 hours of yelling fighting and arguing.

The rule of thumb is to match your net worth with liability coverage, but even if your net worth is lower now than it will be someday, you can be sued and future earnings can be taken--portion of your paycheck for the next 10 years...etc very similar to alimony or child-support.
