I'm not sure about using your g/f's income and your credit score unless you are married or have formed some type of corporation.Why not call several Mortgage Brokers and see what they say.

So after a year or more of reading, listening to tapes. setting up my team of accountants, mortgage brokers, building a reserve of cash and then stalling because of fear....I enter the game this week.
