Hello,

I am really itching to get started in REI. I have spent the last year and a half working on my credit. My Fico is 680 with experian, 665 with TU and 665 with Equifax. I have no proof of income at the moment but some cash reserve saved up.

My girlfriend has proof of income but no credit and is willing to partner with me.

My question is, Is it possible to use her proof of income and my credit?
