If you have commercial or residential property you want sold quickly and with no contingencies, an Auction may be the answer. I am a licensed real estate Auctioneer with hundreds of successful auctions in my resume.
I am capable of bring "The Market" to a specific piece of property or portfolios' of property for an Accelerated Real Estate Solution. The property is sold "As Is" condition and zoning.
The application of a professional auction goes far beyong talking fast on the block. Inexpierenced auctioneers or real estate agents that are not formally trained do not reflect the results a veteran real estate auctioneer can produce.
I sell commercial and residential properties as long as they qualify.
There are 2 types of auctions.
Absolute (sells to the last and highest bidder regardless of price)
Reserve (seller and I agree on a minumum price for a sale to take place)
A 10% Non Refundable deposit is taken the day of the sale and closing takes place with all cash and no contingencies within 30 to 45 days.
Auctions do not produce foolish people that are going to pay more than what a property is worth. They do produce people that are motivated to buy and I have the ability to put each bidder against each other in a competitive situation to derive the Highest Price under your terms and conditions.
I prefer to stay in the South East, I am in Florida, however I will travel the US for a deal that can be done.
I am a professional so, please do not call if you want me to teach you how to do auctions or if you do not control or own the property you are representing. I work with attorneys, brokers, trustees or the general public.
The BUYER pays my commission, the seller pays for advertising.
