I just made my first offer on a 4 unit and am considering partnering with my adult children in another state to try some flips.

There is limited parking at the property, and we don't want 4 adults in the property.  

@Ritch Bonisa be careful not to rationalize out common sense....yes there are alternative options....but what do you think happens to these kids that come out of these bad schools....They become adults who can’t read, can’t hold a job, can’t educate their own kids.

Like any other young adults, I did waste the past couple years on having fun and blowing my money away.

And I'm glad I'm starting to learn this as a young adult.

First time visiting as an adult.  

They let kids 20 kids a day swim in the pool some with their cloths on with no adult suppervision .

We've never had to go to small claims court.Because the cosigners are established adults with much more to lose than the average tenant, they have been wonderful assets.

My wife and I were on nice tropical beach in January just reading books, sipping adult beverages and enjoying our vacation.  

I have only been using this website for a while but This is a helpful and respectful community, And one day I hope I can be financially free and give advise to young adults like myself And help them achieve their goals.
