We are interested in teaming with investors who wish to purchase homes in our area.

You will want to make sure you have a good team to use.If you are thinking of this formal investment fund approach you should look up some of the threads on Regulation D and start to become familiar with the general idea of the securities exemptions.

I have a good management team in the area and the property for the most part takes care of itself.

My team and I have put this deal together and wonder if the figures make sense given the type of property it is.

Welcome to BP Frank...I too am a new investor in Real Estate and am looking to make that first deal within the next week or two...Been busy doing as much due diligence as possible and building my team to assist me in this venture.

I firmly believe that investing is a team sport and at this point in my investing career would be very open to the idea of partnering with more experienced, like-minded investors.

I have used them for templates and have purchased forms as well.I am finally meeting with an attorney next week and hopefully she works out and I can finally put one on my team.

I have a business plan and assembling a team is where I need help.
