You need a permit to move a mobile home and, there is no way an F150 is going to tow the newer style 14 wide, or wider models.

Lloyds of London will insure world wide but not for all known perils. 

Budget for these factors with eyes wide open and you can make a lot of money.  

Is there another angle I hadnt thought of?

And then once you find someone you click with I would then approach it from more of the partnership angle opposed to the mentor.
