At least for now, I'll stick to what I know, my own backyard.I've based my focus in East Hartford, Manchester, Willimantic, Mansfield, and of course Glastonbury... though you gotta be quick, lucky, or both to find a deal in my hometown. :)

Focused on mainly Johnson / Douglas counties at this time.  

Based on the situation you described I would focus on saving/analyzing deals. 

To me it's just semantics...I'm not too worried about what they call me as long as I focus on keeping my business running smoothly,  In my opinion, you have a good newbie "problem" on your hands...I anticipate the problems get worse as time goes on :)  Good luck on your journey!

Whereas our other seminars focus on maximizing your understanding of real estate, Adam's Rib focuses on maximizing your understanding what woman really want, and showcasing your real estate bona fides in such a way that women will flock to you.

Those folks that focus their business on just making money easily use tactics such as lying or deception. 

I focus on long-term investments because the wholesale & flipping market is exceptionally competitive here. 

There is information online about cities that have the most flipping activities and cash buyers that should give you a good idea of maybe a popular area.I think most importantly, is building a buyers list so you know what kind of properties to focus on.
