Panasonic fans they have 2 speed models look them up been using them for many years.

With the proximity to the road at speeds of 40 mph or so any window would let noise through.

I would like to avoid any pitfalls, speed bumps, and hurdles that I can, or at least prepare myself properly for them in order to navigate them successfully if they cannot be avoided.Thank you all for your experience, we are looking forward to hearing from you!

The other critical factor will be the speed at which testing for the virus becomes commonplace.

I explain that if the seller doesn't need speed (of sale), certainty (of having a buyer) and cash (buyer), then listing with a brokerage (not mine) is a better option.

There seems to be a steep learning curve, so it's going to take a little while to get up to speed.
