Bakersfield Investing Club or Lending Club

Anyone have any experience with Bakersfield Investing Club or Lending Club?  Looking to use them to speed up my accumulation of cash for a down payment on a buy & hold single family home.  Any thoughts on these?  Bakersfield Investing Club seems to state 15% return is the minimum, with last year's being 33%.  Thoughts?
