Does anyone have experience with renting to Eden Housing tenants?

Hi BP,

I recently purchased a 4 unit in Cleveland, Ohio! I am currently exploring CMHA and or EDEN (Emerald Development and Economic Network) as a way to fill my units. I have found a ton of information on CMHA however very little information about EDEN. I've researched the EDEN website but would like to gather feedback from other Investors on their experiences or watch-outs.

Thanks in Advance,

Brandon States

They are pretty similar but I have found EDEN to be easier to deal with than CMHA. When you contact CMHA you can talk to 5 people & get 5 different answers. When you talk to EDEN you can talk to 5 people & you'll only get about 3 different answers.
