This is part of what I received this morning.The storage units that were approved are to be made of sturdy plastic, approximately 6 feet high, 2 feet deep and 4 feet wide and “MUST BE LOCKABLE”.The storage units may be purchased by the unit owner OR at the expense of the tenant.For your convenience we have enclosed pictures of 4 containers that are approved.Any items that cannot be stored inside of these containers and placed against the wall in front of the designated parking space WILL BE REMOVED AT THE UNIT OWNERS ESPENSE!

I've run numbers and seeing a decent CoC return, and obviously I can input my addtl expenditures for repairs to see how that impacts the deal, and make my decision based on that, but was just wondering what some folks who have bought  some properties have been spending after closing, but as expected, it will vary widely depending on the condition of the property at acquisition.
