This is part of what I received this morning.The storage units that were approved are to be made of sturdy plastic, approximately 6 feet high, 2 feet deep and 4 feet wide and “MUST BE LOCKABLE”.The storage units may be purchased by the unit owner OR at the expense of the tenant.For your convenience we have enclosed pictures of 4 containers that are approved.Any items that cannot be stored inside of these containers and placed against the wall in front of the designated parking space WILL BE REMOVED AT THE UNIT OWNERS ESPENSE!

You'll find a wide array of investors at most of these, and someone will help you if you seem sincere.

I've run numbers and seeing a decent CoC return, and obviously I can input my addtl expenditures for repairs to see how that impacts the deal, and make my decision based on that, but was just wondering what some folks who have bought  some properties have been spending after closing, but as expected, it will vary widely depending on the condition of the property at acquisition.

And professionals see a lot of paperwork and a wide variety of deals, all of which we can draw on to bring a good scenario to you. 

I recommend the podcasts, they cover a wide range of topics to help you home in on a strategy that will fit you.

I also understand why those variations are wide. 

I have decided that I'd like to "Go Wide" before I "Go Deep."  

I absolutely loved heading to the broadwalk and chowing on some pizza and beer while staring at the ocean (which is easier to see there than here in CA because our beaches are super wide). 

I currently own 2 double wide mobile homes and wish i could buy 100 more.
