That doesn't pass the smell test.Next, if I were a landlord, and you presented this idea to me, I'd first want to know why I should trust that you would be any more reliable than any tenant that was properly screened and second, if you convinced me that my rents were below the market rate, I'd just raise them.By the way, just in case you didn't know, being a property manager in MA requires a real estate license.
