Sandiegan out-of-state investors

Hello everyone,

I wish you all a happy new year!

I am living in San Diego and I would like to get started in RE investing. I would love to invest in MF residential properties. My "investing philosophy" is driven by cash flow and, so I am not really focused in future appreciation, that is the reason why I am looking for out-of -state investing. I would love to discuss with investors from San Diego who already had the experience of doing it. Currently, I am looking in AZ market, especially, in Tucson. What are your thoughts about it?

Hey so ive been investing in Kansas City, MO for the past year or so while living in San Diego.  Definitely learning the ropes as an out-of-state investor.  I did two flips last year there and currently have one sfh im renting.  Looking to add more rentals to my portfolio this year.  It takes awhile to get to know the areas and the people.  If you find an area you are interested in go plan a trip out there to drive around, meet people, network, build a team on the ground there and find some properties!
