They should be able to tell you about their products without the credit pull, then only the places you decide to move forward with would pull your credit. 

However those phone calls rarely turned in to seeing some actual product because I alway make it a point to discuss pricing first (no sense in running through a few hundred notes and pricing is way off).  

Would love to connect and get on the horn regarding the processes you've set up and compare our experiences (particularly the utilization of a VA to increase productivity as this would definitely be a value-add for me!) 

You could easily put all that equity to a more productive use.

It is not a product for smaller homes, but for a home at 2M in Mountain View it might work.
