I think you'll find that owning real estate free and clear doesn't produce the same returns as having some debt.Doing cash out refinances will probably take at least a year of ownership.

I have 3 to 5 years to make up 1 million dollars I walked away from.With 600k I should be able to make 1.5 million in three years,and 3 to 4 million in 5 years.The subdivision is a bird in the hand,but the 600k in the right hands can produce a greater return.
