Hi all,

I just joined the community and I'm looking forward to learning from people and hopefully helping out some others as I gain experience.

I'm looking to buy a primary residence as well as a separate investment property. My goal is to acquire at least one property by the end of the year. I'm interested in mobile homes, single family homes, and multifamily homes. I posted a question about how much to put down on my primary residence here, so if you have any advice, I would appreciate if you could post a reply there.
