I had attended a free local REI siminar and was close to signing up for a paid training weekend.  

Expect to only get ongoing mid-single digit returns on your cash if you're buying at market and letting someone else manage in San Diego.  

But if you look at the long-term ROI rather than short-term ROI... ... the extra leads our system converts from your traffic vs. a wix or weebly website (because we're constantly testing and tweaking on the traffic on our customers sites to find ways to improve results)... the time saved because of our platform and our support, and the training and support we give on helping our members drive more traffic and convert more leads... the ROI on a system like InvestorCarrot or LP vs. a wix site isn't even close. 

My perspective is that the gurus sell training/coaching as their primary business. 

I actually started off with a laborer type guy who I trained a bit. 

I was recently involved in some real estate transactions and one is still ongoing. 

Broker Associate and I don't have the time to manage other agents, training, their headaches etc.  

He was trained to start with that.  

Hi David,This is an ongoing debate and there are arguments for both sides.

So they get paid for giving you the training, paid monthly interest, and paid 30% of the profit.
