The US economy may be bad, but Florida and in particular South FL continues to have a major influx of business and wealth (domestic and international).

Clearly, however, nothing beats walking a city and getting a feel for it.With COVID subsiding now, and international travel opening up, we are planning a trip to Florida starting the 3rd week of June.It would be great to hear people's opinions on where you think the best markets are to invest in MF properties.

I heard the last one is out of the country, and we will need an international process server.

I know the IRS will look into this because it will be large sums of money sent internationally... but does anyone know how I can get this to work?
