My question is to anyone who uses rentometer from your experience how accurate is that information and any tips on using the analyzer from those who use the software or similar excel software any tips you can give me would be very appreciated.

You should put a more comprehensive Excel together and look up local owners within 30-40 mile radius of the area using public records and start dialing.

I've tried QB, Quicken Rental Manager, Buildium, Rentec Direct, Appfolio, RentPost and good old Excel.  

At the same time, I have a rental property and use my home computer to communicate with PM, update Excel spreadsheet, pay rental expenses, etc.

When the shows had only one guest they were excellent and offered invaluable information, however they would have been better suited with David Green.
