Triplex, Good Deal?
Hi All,
I have included an excel spreadsheet. I am brand new to this. The first unit needs some work (new windows, cabinets). I just wanted to see what other questions I should be asking. I would be owner-occupying 1 unit with an FHA loan. Other 2 units are rented (under market rents).
I plan to live in Unit #1 and pay myself $900 because that is what I am paying for rent currently. I have worst case, best case and just ignore the third future best case. I thought I was going to remodel the other units but I realized that is not in the game plan. Any thoughts our comments, questions or ideas greatly appreciated. Thank you!
