Hi, In 2019, I would like to attend at least one or two Real Estate Education Events focused on multi-family, syndication, commercial with an INVESTOR focus.

My slice of advice would be to education yourself to get the basics down, listen to the podcasts, read countless books and keep educating yourself as you begin to actually invest. 

Self educate.

It might also open doors for positions requiring a college degree of any sort.When I left the engineering field for business, for example, I had the education and experience needed to take the exam for the professional engineering license.

A discussion with your licensed business/tax advisor may be in order.

Also educate yourself on your states specific laws regarding landlord/tenant disputes.
