Hello! 

My name is Ashley Wray, and I am from a smaller town outside of Tulsa, OK! I graduated from Oklahoma State in May of 2017 and went on to do a very rigorous summer internship with Southwestern Advantage. I talked to several people in the company about buying and flipping rental property and decided that this is exactly what I want to do! I have not invested in anything yet because I am trying to get as much knowledge as possible before buying my first unit by October. I have been very interested in condos in the Tulsa area, but I am not sure of any of the pros and cons to them so I would love some advice!
